ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Guests are advised that check-in time is from 2pm and check out time prior to 10am on the morning of departure.

If arriving after 4 pm special arrangements are to be made with reception staff.

Early Arrivals – Are subject to availability no extra charge.

Late Departures – Are subject to availability and a charge may apply at the discretion of management. Arrangements to be made with reception staff.

BOND
The guest’s driver’s licence and credit card details will be taken with signed authority to debit any amount if necessary.  This will cover extra cleaning that may be required, damage arising during the duration of the guests stay and late departures. On arrival a pre-authorisation of your credit card for your accommodation amount may be required. The credit card details will be destroyed if no extra expenditure occur.

Full payment of the accommodation is to be paid on check in.

BOOKING INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS
A credit card is required at the time of booking. A booking is confirmed when we one nights’ payment is received for accommodation. A tentative booking will be held no longer than three days. A 3% fee applies to all AMEX and Diner transactions with regards to accommodation. The Waterside Restaurant does not accept AMEX or Diners Cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Mandurah Quay Resort has a 48 hour policy for any cancellations. For any long weekend and or Peak Season the cancellation policy is four weeks. Failure to give notice will result in one night’s accommodation being deducted from the credit card details provided or any deposits received forfeited.

CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
A fee maybe charged for any change in a booking such as changing the type of Villa/Apartment booked or reducing the number of days of the booking.

DAMAGES/BREAKAGES
Any damage or breakages whether in the accommodation unit or common property must be reported at the earliest convenience and before departure. Guests are responsible for full payment of any damages and breakages and if there is any unreported damage or breakage in your villa/apartment a fee will be applied to your credit card/bond to cover the cost of repair or replacement.

NOISE

As a courtesy to our other guests no excessive noise will be permitted after 10.00pm. Should an in house guest become disgruntled and leave the premises you will be liable to cover the costs of their accommodation, in the event that we have to refund or discount the rate to any other guests.

KEYS
Keys are to be returned to reception before departure. If keys are not returned or lost a fee of $20.00 will be applied to your credit card.

LINEN
All prices include sheets and towels (not beach towels).

MARINA
We can offer short term Marina berths subject to availability and a fee. Marina berths are used at your own risk and management takes no responsibility for the boats security.

NUMBER OF GUESTS
Booking’s are based on 4 people per 2 bedroom villa and 6 people per 3 bedroom villa. For every extra person, there is a charge of $25.00 per person per night. No charge for children under 2 years of age or if using existing bedding.

PETS
Pets are accepted at the discretion of the manager. If accepted a $25.00 fee is applicable along with a $200.00 pet bond paid on arrival, the bond is refunded after room inspection is deemed satisfactory. A pet waiver form is also to be signed prior to check in to ensure all terms and conditions are understood.

RIGHT TO REFUSE OR REVOKE BOOKINGS
The Managers of the Mandurah Quay Resort and the property owners reserve the right to revoke or refuse to honour any accommodation booking which may in the opinion of either the managers or owner, (and at their sole discretion) be unsuitable for the property concerned. The same right to revoke or refuse a booking applies should guest’s details prove to be inaccurate. In such instances a full refund will be given.

SERVICING
As we are fully self contained, the villas will not be serviced until your day of departure
We will undertake a mini service of the villa after 5 days and a full service is charged at $65.00 if requested.

NO SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted inside the villas. Guests are asked to not smoke to close to the doors and windows and to dispose of cigarette ends thoughtfully by placing them in the bin. There will be a charge of up to $500.00 if smoking policy hasn’t been adhered to.

VILLA/APARTMENT CONTENTS
All villas are equipped with iron and ironing board, tv’s and dvd’s , kitchen facilities including, microwaves and fridge/freezer. All villas are individually furnished and have their own crockery and cutlery. If any of these items are moved between villas we ask that they are returned before departure.
Failure to do this will incur a fee dependant of item /items

SCHOOL LEAVERS POLICY

  1. Will not accept any bookings where all clients are under 18 years.
  2. We do not accept ‘Schoolies’ bookings. We do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Period. In particular we do not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of our guests during this period. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers at any time of the year
  3. We advise If you still choose to book your accommodation with us and it turns out that you are school leavers, or you have school leavers in your party your booking will be cancelled and cancellation fees will be at the discretion of management.
  4. School holidays and special events cancellation policy requires a 30 days notice. Should a cancellation occur within the 30 days a cancellation/administration fee may apply.

VENUE HOUSE POLICY

It is our policy to provide a safe, friendly and professional environment for all or customers. Patrons are asked to follow the guidance given by our staff in order to ensure that all guest comfort and safety are considered at all times.

Disorderly conduct or drunken behaviour is not acceptable in this establishment and will be dealt with through eviction from premises.

All patrons must provide photographic identification of age when asked by an employee of this establishment, management reserves the right to refuse entry without current photographic motor vehicle driver’s or valid passport.

Dress Code

Smart Casual dress is required at all times.

Enclosed footwear is required at all times

 Responsible Service Practices

As a responsible server we do not condone the rapid consumption of alcohol. We are therefore unable to provide shooters to our guests.

The consumption of alcohol at events and weddings is to be accompanied by a substantial meal in order to comply with our liquor licence restrictions and responsible service of alcohol.
